Immediately upon placing your order you will receive an email confirmation. Our Customer Care team will personally contact you to schedule delivery when your order ships.

Tracking details will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order for FedEx. Freight and in-home delivery information will be provided by our Customer Care team. For further information or questions, please contact Customer Care via our CONTACT US form for assistance.

We do our best to make sure that all items in an order arrive at the same time. If this is not possible, Scandinavian Designs Customer Care will contact you to let you know in advance.

Once you place your order online, items generally ship within a week. Specifics on shipping timeframes, along with tracking information, will be emailed directly to you once your order is processed.

When your order is being delivered, you should inspect all items in your shipment before signing for the delivery. Upon inspection, if you notice something faulty or missing but the item is still usable, please keep the item and contact Customer Care immediately to arrange for replacement part, a scheduled repair or exchange. If the item is unusable, you should refuse the delivery. Please photograph the items that are damaged to help expedite the process.

We ship to the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii or any United States territories.

As of 2014, the state of California no longer allowed upholstered items to contain flame retardants. For all of our products manufactured after the 2014 effective date, we adopted this regulation company-wide in every state where we do business. All of our products are compliant with the California regulation.
