If an order containing a backordered or custom ordered item is delivered or picked up after the original redemption period, the redemption period for orders containing backordered and custom ordered items will be valid in-store only 20 days following the date of delivery or pick up and will be valid only for 20 days.
If an order containing a backordered or custom ordered item is delivered or picked up no later than 15 days prior to the original redemption period, credit will be issued and valid during the original redemption period.
Credit for in-stock items purchased on an order containing backordered and custom-ordered items will not be issued until 20 days after the delivery or pick up of the backordered and custom-ordered items.
All issued credit that are unused during its stated redemption window will expire after the applicable redemption window.
