1. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Florida who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Dania, Incorporated, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate family members (such as spouses, parents, children, siblings, etc.) and/or those living in the same household as the employees are not eligible to participate. 
2. No Purchase Necessary: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. Making a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase entrant’s chances of winning. 
3. Entry Period: The sweepstakes begins on March 26, 2026 at 10:00am EDT and ends on April 4, 2026 at 7:00pm EDT (the “Sweepstake Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
4. How to Enter:Participants can enter the sweepstakes by filling out a paper form at our Brandon showroom located at 11345 Causeway Blvd, Brandon, Florida 33511. Limit of one (1) entry per person per day. Any entries not meeting the requirements or received after the deadline will be void.
5. Prizes:One winner will be awarded one $250 gift card (“Prize”) to spend at Scandinavian Designs or Dania Furniture locations, redeemable in-store or online. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $250.00. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The value associated with the Prize is taxable as income and the Prize winner is solely responsible for taxes, including, but not limited to, all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the Prize.
6. Winner Selection: On or about April 11, 2026, one potential Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification and Claiming of Prizes:The potential Prize winner will be notified via phone and/or email (the “Notification”) within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential Prize winner must respond to the Notification within five (5) business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time-period may result in their disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
   
   The potential Prize winner will be required to submit a W-9 tax form (the “Paperwork”) within five (5) business days of receiving the Notification. If a potential Prize winner fails to return the Paperwork within the date and time indicated in the Notification, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply, such potential Prize winner will be disqualified and another potential Prize winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries received.  If the Notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in the potential Prize winner’s disqualification, and an alternate Prize winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries.
   
   The Prize will be sent to the Prize winner via email within five (5) business days of the successful completion and submission of the Paperwork, or delivery may be coordinated with Dania, Incorporated at the Prize winner’s expense.
   
8. Prize Restrictions: Limit of one (1) prize per person, per household. In the case of the unavailability of any prize, Dania Incorporated reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 
9. Disqualification: Dania Incorporated reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these official rules, or engaging in any misconduct that affects the integrity of the sweepstakes.
10. Termination:  Dania Incorporated reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes in the event of any tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Dania Incorporated’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes.
11. Privacy:  Information submitted by participants will be treated in accordance with Dania, Incorporated’s privacy policy posted on http://scandinaviandesigns.com/policies/privacy-policy. By participating in the sweepstakes, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes and fulfilling the prize as described in the official rules. 
12. Limitations of Liability: Dania, Incorporated and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") shall not be responsible or liable for:
    
    Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes.
    
    Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware, or software.
    
    Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the sweepstakes.
    
    Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries.Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the sweepstakes or entrant’s receipt, use or misuse of any prize.
    
    By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, damages, or liability due to any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property arising from or relating to their participation in the sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
    In no event shall the Released Parties be liable to any entrant or winner for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sweepstakes, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if such parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
    
    
13. Governing Law: The sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Florida. 
    
    No Class Action Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
14. Disputes: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes shall be resolved by arbitration before a single arbitrator in Brandon, Florida. 
15. Arbitration Process:If the parties agree on an arbitrator, the arbitration will be held before the arbitrator selected by the parties. If the parties do not agree on an arbitrator, each party will select an arbitrator, and the arbitration will be held before a third arbitrator selected by the designated arbitrators.
    The arbitrator will determine the procedures and rules governing the arbitration, with the goal of resolving the dispute quickly and at a low cost while providing each party with a fair opportunity to present its case. Unless the arbitrator decides otherwise, the arbitration will be conducted remotely. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
16. Jurisdiction: A party may seek from a court an order to compel arbitration, or any other interim relief or provisional remedies pending an arbitrator’s resolution of any dispute. Any such action or proceeding will be litigated solely in courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. Each party hereby consents and submits to the jurisdiction of any local, state, or federal court located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
    Winner’s list For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Dania, Incorporated, Attn: Sweepstakes - Bundle, 390 E. Parkcenter Blvd, Suite 250, Boise, ID 83706, within 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

*REDEMPTION TERMS  

• In-store credit redeemable from 5/27/2025 - 6/16/2025 only, except for orders containing backordered and custom ordered items. No minimum purchase required.   

• If an order containing a backordered or custom ordered item is delivered or picked up after the original redemption period, the redemption period for orders containing backordered and custom ordered items will be valid in-store only 20 days following the date of delivery or pick up and will be valid only for 20 days.  

• If an order containing a backordered or custom ordered item is delivered or picked up no later than 15 days prior to the original redemption period, credit will be issued and valid during the original redemption period.  

• Credit for in-stock items purchased on an order containing backordered and custom-ordered items will not be issued until 20 days after the delivery or pick up of the backordered and custom-ordered items.  

• All issued credit that are unused during its stated redemption window will expire after the applicable redemption window.  

• In-store credit may not be returned or exchanged for cash or credit. Credit is not transferable.   

• For credit redemption in one of our retail showrooms or Outlet stores, the credit may be applied toward the purchase of full price, special orders, sale, clearance, closeout, or As-Is items, excluding restocking fees.   

• Credit can be redeemed in any retail showroom or outlet store regardless of where the original transaction occurred.     

• In-store credit cannot be used toward deposits or downpayments on financed, or special orders.   

• In-store credit cannot be used towards gift card purchases.   

• In-store credit can be used across multiple transactions until it is fully spent, as long as all transactions occur within the redemption period.    

• Purchases of mattresses made using in-store credit are excluded from eligibility for the Dream Offer Coupon.   

• In-store credit is exhausted after the original purchase(s) using the credit. Credit applied to the original purchase(s) will not be reinstated for exchanges or returns.   

• In-store credit may be applied toward taxes or delivery and assembly fees.    

• In-store credit may be combined with existing gift card, and credit balances for payment.   

• In-store credit may be applied towards the remaining balance of financed orders and new special orders placed during the redemption period.   

• Credit for special orders placed during the redemption period will be applied to the remaining balance when the product is received and ready for delivery.

If these Terms or any other Scandinavian Designs or Dania Furniture terms and conditions for any of its programs, offerings, or product purchases are violated or abused, as determined in our sole discretion, we reserves the right, without prior notice, to: (a) reject an order or otherwise limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order; (b) terminate, close, and/or deactivate any earned credit or any other affiliated program or accounts; (c) deactivate or invalidate any accumulated Buy More Save More credit, rewards, and/or discount coupons or codes, including within an associated Scandinavian Designs or Dania Furniture online account or digital wallet; and (d) prohibit further purchases, participation in, and access to any our platforms, sites or programs. In the event of any such termination, closure, and/or deactivation, we reserve the right to invalidate improperly awarded or issued Buy More Save More credit and/or to close an account altogether, without notice. If your Buy More Save More credit is terminated, closed, consolidated, and/or deactivated by you or us, your accumulated balance and unused Buy More Save More credit may be deactivated and/or invalidated.
