SOCIAL MEDIA SWEEKPSTAKES
1. Eligibility:
The “Social Media Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States of America who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Scandinavian Designs or Dania Furniture (“Dania”), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase chances of winning.
3. Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on October 6, 2025, at 10:00am PDT, and ends on October 10, 2025, at 11:59pm PDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
4. How to Enter:
Participants can enter the Sweepstakes by

5. Prizes:
Four (4) winners will be awarded one (1) $250 gift card (virtual gift card) to spend at any Scandinavian Designs or Dania Furniture showroom redeemable in-store or online. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $1,000.00. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The value associated with the Prize is taxable as income and the Prize winner is solely responsible for taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize.
6. Winner Selection:
On or about October 13, 2024, four (4) potential winners of the prize will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification and Claiming of Prizes:
The potential winners will be notified via direct message, phone and/or email within five (5) days of the drawing. The potential winners must respond to the notification within five (5) business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
The potential winners will be required to sign and return (except where prohibited) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and a W-9 tax form (the “Paperwork”) within five (5) days of the Notification. The potential winner must return the Paperwork within the date and time indicated in the Notification. If the potential winner fails to return the Paperwork within the date and time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible, or if does not comply, such potential winner will be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries received. Dania reserves the right to disqualify or delete any participant comment or entry found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these official rules, engaging in any misconduct that affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes, violating platform community guidelines, or that, in Dania’s sole discretion, are inappropriate, offensive, disparaging, defamatory, or inconsistent with the positive image of Dania’s brand.
10. Modification or Termination:
Dania reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of any tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Dania’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
11. Publicity Release:
