Yes. Scandinavian Designs, along with our sister-brand Dania Furniture, has several locations in California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Click here to view a complete list of our showrooms.

How do I get on the mailing list?

What can I expect if I sign up for your email?
Our email subscribers are the first to receive notices of sales, new additions to our product line-up and our best Scandi inspiration. And, we promise to email you only when we have something new to say – we send about 1-2 emails each week.

How do I get off the mailing list?
To be removed from our mailing list, click the UNSUBSCRIBE button at the bottom of any email you receive from us. To remove your home or business address from our catalog mailing list, please CONTACT US with the street address, city, state and zip code you would like removed.

Do I need to register for an account to make a purchase?
No, you do not need to register for an account to make a purchase. You can place your order without creating an account.

How may I pay for my purchase?
Scandinavian Designs accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Do you offer financing?
Currently we do not offer financing options.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon placing your order on our site. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation message on your screen and via email.

How can I make changes to my order?
Once an order has been shipped, please refer to our RETURNS & EXCHANGES policy. If you order has not yet shipped, please use our CONTACT US form for assistance.

How do I check the status of my order?

How will I know that Scandinavian Designs received my order and my order has been placed?
For all orders placed with Scandinavian Designs, our Customer Care team will personally contact you to walk through your order details.

How can I track my order?
All tracking details will be emailed to you upon placing your order. If you do not receive an email with tracking details, contact Customer Care via our CONTACT US form for assistance.

Will all of the items in my order be delivered at the same time?
We do our best to make sure that all items in an order arrive at the same time. If this is not possible, Scandinavian Designs Customer Care will contact you to let you know in advance.

How long will it take to get my shipment?
Once you place your order online, items generally ship within a week. Specifics on shipping timeframes, along with tracking information, will be emailed directly to you once your order is processed.

How will I be notified of my delivery day and time?
All tracking details will be emailed to you upon placing your order. If you do not receive an email with tracking details, contact Customer Care via our CONTACT US form for assistance.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?
When product is being delivered, you should inspect all items in your shipment before signing for the delivery. Upon inspection, if you notice something faulty or missing but the item is still usable, please keep the item and contact Customer Care immediately to arrange for replacement part, a scheduled repair or exchange. If the item is unusable, you should refuse the delivery.

Do you deliver everywhere?
We ship to the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii or any United States territories.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can have your order ship to multiple addresses. There will be a separate shipping charge for each address.

How do I find assembly instructions?
Contact Customer Care via our CONTACT US form for assistance if your product did not include instructions or if you need a replacement copy.

What if I am missing parts for my item?
Contact Customer Care via our CONTACT US form to inquire about missing or replacement parts.

Do your upholstered items contain flame retardants?
As of 2014, the state of California no longer allowed upholstered items to contain flame retardants. For all of our products manufactured after the 2014 effective date, we adopted this regulation company-wide in every state where we do business. All of our products are compliant with the California regulation.

How do I find furniture dimensions?
All product dimensions are listed on the individual product pages under DIMENSIONS. If you have questions regarding the dimensions of a product, please contact Customer Care via our CONTACT US form for assistance.
